Assisting with Self-Administration of Medications - Students will learn their role in the assistance of administration of medications as well as review the most common routes of medication administration.

Babysitter Safety - This safety course teaches information on prevention of injury, infant bottle-feeding, diapering, and manageable playtime activities.

Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers - The BLS Healthcare Provider Course is designed to teach the skills of CPR for victims of all ages.

Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Skill Check - This course is a skill validation to receive your Healthcare Provider completion card

Basic Life Support Instructor Course - This course is designed to teach skills of providing basic life saving skills to others.

Bloodborne Pathogens - This course will provide information about general disease epidemiology, transmission and prevention, universal precautions, and review your current exposure control plan.

Certified Nursing Assistant Prep Course – CNA - This course prepares students to challenge the nursing assistant competency exam in Florida.

EKG Technician - This course is designed to teach the basic skills of electrocardiography necessary to perform, process, and explain the electrocardiogram.

Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course – ENPC - This course is designed to present core-level knowledge and psychomotor skills associated with the care of children from birth through adolescence.

First Aid - The American Heart Association First Aid course is designed to provide the lay rescuer with the skills and knowledge to manage the first 10 minutes of an emergency.

Heartsaver CPR - We offer three types of CPR classes at SSHS. Choose from Family and Friends CPR, Heartsaver CPR, and Heartsaver CPR in Schools.

HIV/AIDS - This course will provide definitions related to HIV/AIDS, discuss key symptoms, current trends, and additional topics.

International Trauma Life Support – ITLS - International Trauma Life Support for Paramedics and Advanced EMS Providers is a 16-hour course covering the skills necessary for rapid assessment, resuscitation, stabilization, and transportation of trauma patients.

IV Therapy & Administration - This comprehensive 30-hour course prepares participants to effectively deliver nursing care to patients on infusion therapies and gain confidence in their abilities, through lecture, discussion, and practice with vascular access device (VAD) training.

OSHA Compliance - We can work with your medical office to provide specialized knowledge concerning OSHA compliance and Exposure Control Plans.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support – PALS - This course is intended for professionals who may have a need to respond to a pediatric cardiovascular or respiratory emergency.

Phlebotomy Technician - This course provides training in all the skills required to function as a Phlebotomy Technician in a medical office, clinic, laboratory, or hospital.
